The Public Works Department is dedicated to
making sure the City is operating and
functioning to it's fullest.  The Public Works
Department is in charge maintaining the City's
water treatment facility, sewage facility and it's
pumping stations,  snow removal, and the
operation, upkeep and maintenance and
repair of City owned properties.

Water & Sewer
Rates
Residential Water and Sewer rate are hereby scheduled as follows:

1.  Residential Water - $3.00 for the first 1000 gallons; $1.50 for each 1000 gallons
for the next 3000 gallons and $2.00 for each 1000 gallons thereafter.  
2.  Residential Sewer-$2.00 for the first 1000 gallons; $1.50 for each 1000 gallons
for the next 3000 gallons and $1.00 for each 1000 gallons thereafter.  
3.  Users outside city limits- $4.50 per each & every 1000 gallons used.
4.  Trash pickup - $13.75 for residential with one container & additional container is
1/2 the cost of the first trash can.
5.  Senior Citizen Trash (65 & older) - 12.38 for seniors with one trash container.

Commercial Water & Sewer rates are hereby scheduled as follows:  

1. Commercial Water- $3.50 for each and every 1000 gallons of usage.
2. Commercial Sewer-  Same as commercial water rates.
3.  Users outside city limits - $6.50 per 1000 gallons used.
